Answers TO YOUR APPLIANCE QUESTIONS
Q: What appliances does your company service?
A: All major brands, all makes, all models for residential refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. We do not service garbage disposals, stand alone icemakers, water coolers, or countertop microwaves. If in doubt we can run your appliances make and model to verify it is one we service.
Q: I have never had to use an appliance repair company before, can you walk me through the process?
A: The service process begins when you experience an issue or problem with an appliance. When you contact our company we schedule an appointment that is most convenient for you, these appointments are scheduled in blocks as unforeseen circumstances can cause service time to vary. When a technician is on the way they call the contact person to give 15-30 minute advance notice of arrival. This means you won't have to wait around for the technician during your scheduled time block. During service the technician will inform you of any and all mechanical or electrical failures with the unit. After diagnosing, the technician will go over all issues with your unit and offer his recommendation for service. You decide what services are to be performed, some are more necessary than others. (Example a dirty condenser coil on a fridge may need cleaning but a failed evaporator fan motor has to be replaced) If the required parts are available the repair would be performed then and there. Otherwise we would order the part from one of our nationally recognized and manufacturer authorized dealers. Once the part arrives we would contact you to schedule a repair visit, scheduling a time block. Return to install.
Q: What is your service area?
A: We proudly service Kent & New Castle Counties in Delaware, Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne's and Counties in Maryland.
Q: When Will my unit be repaired?
A: We are designed primarily as a warranty service company, this means, we are designed to be a 2 stop shop. Our first visit is used to diagnosis the unit and our second is to repair. We do have fully stocked vehicles so when possible we do the repair on our first trip. Our goal is to have all jobs completed within 3-5 business days of the initial diagnosis trip.
Q: Does your company service commercial appliances?
A: No we do not offer services for commercial appliances. This included walk-in coolers, coin operated washers and dryers, deep fryers, beverage machines, stand alone icemakers, ect. We do, however, service residential appliances used in commercial settings. If in doubt we can run your appliances make and model to verify it is one we service.
Q: What if my unit is discontinued and replacement parts are unavailable?
A: Just because a unit is discontinued does not necessarily mean that replacement parts are unavailable. Replacement parts are often redesigned and can be used as a factory authorized replacement part for discontinued models. There is also a chance that one of our part distributors have the discontinued part in stock at one of their warehouses. In the event that a replacement part is truly unavailable we would be forced to recommend a new appliance.

A: We offer next day service in most cases.
